The Angel Community
As a Downpayment Angel, you’ll become part of a carefully selected group of compassionate individuals committed to transforming lives. Together, we’ll provide deserving families with the opportunity to achieve homeownership while forming meaningful connections with like-minded peers. Experience the joy of giving, the power of community, and the fulfillment of making a lasting impact.
Qualifications:
Individuals aged 65 or older.
People without children of their own.
Those inspired by the concept of “generativity,” a term coined by psychologist Erik Erikson to describe acts that nurture the wellbeing of future generations.
Membership is limited to 12-18 individuals, chosen through a vetting process Members will meet quarterly over Zoom to foster meaningful relationships and discuss the venture’s progress.
